What criteria must Instagram, TikTok, and UGC creators meet to become part of Refluenced?

The criteria vary depending on the platform.

Instagram Standards:

  • You need at least 1000 followers

  • The majority of your followers must come from the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

  • The ratio between your engagement rate and your number of followers must be correct

  • We focus on your content quality (editing, lighting, aesthetics, authenticity)

  • You should not be a product tester – we are looking for personal profiles with a passion for content creation


TikTok Standards:

  • You need at least 1000 followers

  • You post an average of at least 5 videos per month

  • The majority of your followers must come from the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

  • The ratio between your engagement rate and your number of followers must be correct

  • We focus on your content quality (editing, lighting, aesthetics, authenticity).

  • You should not be a product tester – we are looking for personal profiles with a passion for content creation


UGC Standards:

For UGC, you need to send us an application video.

In this video, we want to see a good edit, B-roll scenes, and your face. It is also important that you speak in this video – either directly into the camera or with a voiceover.

Important: We do not want an introduction video for your application, but a proper UGC video in which you show how you promote products.

You need to pay attention to the following in your UGCs:

  • UGC Basics – Your video needs a strong hook, your face should be visible, it should have multiple scenes & subtitles help for better comprehensibility.

  • Video Quality – Sharpness, lighting & overall aesthetics must be on point.

  • Voiceover / Sound – Clear understanding, good audio quality, and a dynamic storytelling style are a must for UGC videos

  • Speak directly into the camera – we want to see your face!

  • Editing – Your video needs clean transitions, good timing, and a fluid structure – work with B-roll scenes

  • Multiple scenes – Use at least three different scenes to showcase the product perfectly.

  • Hook at the beginning – You need to catch your viewers in the first three seconds!

  • Length – Your video should not be longer than 15–30 seconds.
